Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Efferex Technologies Ltd ("we", "us") handles personal data through this corporate website at efferex.com. It is deliberately narrow: this marketing site collects very little. Personal data processed by our products is governed separately. Voxif's product privacy notice is published at voxif.tech/privacy and is not restated here.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller for this website is Efferex Technologies Ltd, Company No. 17331265, registered in England & Wales, registered office Siu Offices, 4-6 Greatorex Street, London E1 5NF, United Kingdom. For any privacy question or request, contact privacy@efferex.tech.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy applies only to the efferex.com corporate website. It does not cover the Voxif application or the Voxif marketing site; those are governed by the Voxif privacy notice at voxif.tech/privacy.

3. What personal data we collect

4. How we collect it

We collect contact details directly from you when you email us or submit the contact form. Technical and log data is collected automatically by our hosting provider when your browser requests a page.

5. Why we use it and our legal basis

6. Cookies

This site uses only what is strictly necessary to serve pages. It does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics that identify you. Any cookies used are essential to delivering the site and do not require consent under UK rules. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

7. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and communicate with you, and only as needed:

8. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law (such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).

9. How long we keep it

We keep contact-form and email correspondence only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, after which it is deleted. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting.

10. How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to a small marketing site, including transport encryption (HTTPS) and access controls on the inboxes that receive your messages.

11. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to our use of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any right, email privacy@efferex.tech. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.

12. Children

This website is a business site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

13. Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above shows the current version. For any question about this policy or your data, contact privacy@efferex.tech or write to the registered office above.
